Thank you for the beautiful postcard; I am going to frame it. Our house is almost 100 years old. It was built in 1918. It is a duplex; so it has two apartments and two families can live here. We are in Southern California. It is very dry here this year so the green grass has turned brown, but it is still beautiful here. We have flowering plants all year round.
